Before I had this account, I was EverKit/Paw/Spirit/Star, and I frequented the forums for nearly 5 years. I often found comfort and solace with the forums and the friends that I made there. I could Rp for hours at a time and love every minute of it that brought me closer to my circle of internet buddies, but when it comes to Rps now, you’re hard-pressed to keep one up! My Rp was taken down in January without a whisper or a warning. One minute it was there and the next, when I was posting it stated that “you no longer have permission to perform this action.” So, there I go, I reload the page only to find…my
entire Rp is gone! I worked for days setting up the front page and finding the perfect banners, dividers, and headers. Luckily, I was smart enough to copy it into Word and have a joining page so that all of the forms were there instead of on the deleted page. My friends and I get that the moderators have the right to delete our posts and topics, but there was not any reason for what they did to my Rp or to my friends’ for that matter! We agree that a select
few should be able to delete topics and regulate content, but deleting an entire topic for no reason without any warning is (as Bramble heart stated) completely trigger-happy and personifies the moderators to be power-hungry and unreasonable. There are times to delete content without warning, and there are times to correct us. Most of the time if you correct us, we
will stop! We promise you, the universe won’t implode if you go one day without pushing the delete topic button. We’d also like to point out that my Rp was also
very active!
Now, below my friends and I are going to show you a few lines from a very familiar document that defines what our rights should be- whether we are on the internet or not.

As stated in the Constitution of these United States of America, it is our right as citizens or legal immigrants to know what we are being accused of and why! Why should it be any different online? It should not be! Everyone on this website deserves that right whether they be American or not. I know you have the right to make rules, but at least inform us if we break them. Inform us so that we may change our actions! You cannot ban us or delete our topics without telling us why. It’s just cruel and unusual punishment, and it’s just plain wrong.
In bold and italics below are a few statements from a few friends who have agreed to give statements and bare witness for an injustice they have all suffered and seen others suffer.
“The fact that Rps are being unfairly deleted because of ghost rules that I nor any of my forum friends that have created apocalypse based Rps were ever informed of is completely and totally ridiculous. The fact that without warning the nods are just removing them from the site with even informing the creator of the RP about why the Rp was deleted in the first place is so outrageous that my anger cannot be expressed in words. The nods that are abusing their power need to be taught a lesson about being professional about an issue and talking to the creator of such an RP, informing them of the so-called 'rule' which does not seem to exist at all!” - whisperpelt111“I joined these forums five years ago, and I've been using them so much that they've become like a close friend to me. They have really helped me through hard times in my life, and I'm very grateful for all they have given me. However, lately I've had a few role-plays that I've been involved in get deleted for practically no reason. First of all, there was an apocalyptic RP that I had poured a lot of effort into. But then one day, out of nowhere, the role-play was deleted. What was the reason we were given? Apparently there was a ghost rule against apocalyptic RP's in general. Now the fact that the RP was able to be deleted without the slightest of warnings is concerning, but the fact that there are ghost rules even in the first place? This makes absolutely no sense to me. If there are rules, they should be available for everyone to see. Other RP's of mine have been deleted for reasons I don't yet know, and probably never will because of the moderator's lack of adequate warning. What do I think the forums need for improvement? No, there shouldn't be less moderators. No, there shouldn't be less rules. I think the moderators need less power. There needs to be a select few moderators who have decent senses the power to delete topics, and leave the rest only with the ability to post and edit. I've seen other RP's get deleted, and their owners get banned for asking for a reason why. This is ridiculous, and just plain immature. The only reason this is happening is because the mods have gone power hungry, or trigger happy. Either way, it needs to stop.” - Bramble heartThere is another injustice being done on this forum. Equality has yet to be achieved. My friends and I do not understand why interracial couples/characters and same sex couples are forbidden. They should be allowed on the forum just as they are in real life. We come here to express ourselves, but if you limit our imaginations then you are limiting us. By limiting us, you are causing outrage. We believe same sex couples and interracial couples/characters should be allowed. If it is so offensive to people, I don't see why someone can't just put a warning in the title. There's no way to be offended if you don't see it.
In the Declaration of Independence, it is stated, "...that
all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are

Note: This does not say that all heterosexual or all white men are created equal. It says ALL.
