(( Georgrianna! Glad to hear you're alright!! I have a question for you, since you're in psychology. So I have this weird habit of pulling the sleeves of my jacket over my hands, so only a couple of inches of my fingers stick out. I do it without thinking, and I always wear a jacket even when it's hot so I can do so. Do you think this is a side effect of something, or just a weird compulsion? ))

(( I'd say it's a compulsion actually. I've only been in psychology since January, but it sounds like a compulsion that comes with introversion. My sister does it and I always notice her doing that most often in situations where she is mostly uncomfortable. You know how young children have safety blankets, it's sort of like that. ))

he gently pulled her into his arms and lied back down. Amelia opened her eyes briefly, feeling his arms around her. She sighed very softly, exhaustion pulling against her instinct to pull away from practical strangers. Although she didn't flinch away, her eyes opened slowly. "Jay?..." She murmured sleepily.

"Yes Amelia?" He replied, looking into her eyes, his own soft and inviting.

It's good to have a safety blanket although you shouldn't ever get too attached because one day, even though it may seem far off now, you're going to have to take that jacket off. But you have time. If you ever foresee a time when you no longer can have your safety blanket, just start slowly weaning yourself off of it. You'll find it's easier than you think. ))

She looked up, her auburn hair having left imprint in her forehead. "Are you feeling okay?" She whispered softly.
