Tony didn't know that she had heard him arguing. He tried to give her a friendly, loving look, but he couldn't change his expression. "We're leaving," he stated flatly, holding out his arm to help her up. A single tear came to his eye. No matter how much he lied to himself, he knew that he still cared for Alice. But he knew she didn't want him around anymore, and he wasn't going to fight about it

And spend the rest of the afterlife together with her? But he shook that thought off with a pulse of regret, he couldn't die just yet... Not until the beast was stopped for good. "So I saw that you had something possessing you. Is he anything like the beast?" Cobra asked curiously, she was rather excited to see him. It was good to see him so happy. When she had been alive he seemed so stiff. Luckily he was usually really glad to see her, so in their dreams together he was usually really care free and fun. Not saying he wasn't fun before. He's just funner now. |

Aliah whimpers quietly at his tone and then takes his hand, pulling herself to her feet, "can we stop at the river on the way out so i can soothe my scars, I don't know when the next time I'll get the chance will be."

Bracken watched them leave the camp, then looked down at Viper. "Where are they going?" he asked curiously.

Shocru hummed a little tune as he folded a shimmering golden paper crane with his hands, after creating a plane of light with his power, affixing the wing, he set it down beside him, in a growing pile of them. He liked doing this to entertain himself and to keep his mind sharp while he waited for the others.
